The NBA has three games on the schedule for Thursday night and with the Atlanta Hawks traveling to face the Washington Wizards, the Chicago Bulls on the road against the Orlando Magic and the Portland Trail Blazers heading to Golden State to face the Warriors.

The Big East conference could put nine teams into the NCAA tournament but there is still work to be done for at least two of those teams. While many have Marquette and Notre Dame in the field of 65 both schools would like to eliminate any doubt with a win on Wednesday.

Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers are in unfamiliar territory as a three-game losing streak hangs over their heads for the first time since Pau Gasol put on a purple and gold jersey in 2008.
