Mr. Blackwell Announces the Worst Dressed Celebrities of 2007
Mr. Blackwell, known for his scathing reviews on celebrity attire, has release yet another list of fashionably challenged celebrities for 2007.
Alison Arngrim, of Little House on the Prairie, Eva Green, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Avril Lavigne, and Kelly Clarkson were listed as the bottom 6 of the list as worst dressed.
The award for worst dressed #4 goes to … Fergie. Blackwell’s comment on her was, “Yes, when it comes to couture chaos, guess its all in a name!”
#3. Marky Kate Olsen who “resembles a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane.”
#2 Amy Winehouse with “exploding beehives above, tacky polka-dots below, she’s part 50’s carhop horror.”
And leading the way for 2007’s worst dressed celebrity is Victoria Beckham.
Britney Spears was omitted from the list as Blackwell “felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her.”
The animal rights group PETA also had Britney on their list of worst dressed, however, Dan Mathews, PETA senior vice-president, has stated that her name has been removed due to her recent hospitalization. “Maybe when her head is clear, she’ll have a change of heart about wearing fur.
Blackwell’s list of best dressed recognized, Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.
