Jesse James is defending his wife Sandra Bullock against his ex-wife’s allegations. In a Good Morning America interview this week, Janine Lindemulder accused Bullock of trying to take away her and James’ 5-year-old daughter Sunny, alleging the actress wanted the girl because she can’t have children of her own.
James now calls Lindemulder’s claims “inaccurate and unfortunate.” He also instructs Lindemulder, who spent 6 months in prison this year for tax evasion, to leave Bullock out of their custody dispute. “Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation. Mr. James's sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom,” says James’ lawyer Marilyn Slifman.
