Rapid Fitness, Inc (RPDI.PK), a publicly traded company, announced that the company has signed an acquisition Letter of Intent for the characters featured in their upcoming film titled “The Way of the Unicorn, the Endangered Ones”. As a result, the company seeks to drive their new wholly owned subsidiary “Big International Group of Entertainment, Inc” into the future by aggressively pursuing further acquisitions. The Big International Group of Entertainment was formed to act as a holding company for five other entertainment-based corporations.
The acquisition of Big International Group of Entertainment would be a significant part of the company’s business plan, as it allows Rapid Fitness to secure a competitive advantage in the entertainment industry. This Network was specifically designed to support and enhance various television, animation and publishing companies. The Big Network utilizes the internet for all marketing purposes, as they market children’s books, music publications, and new recording artists.
The Big Network’s main responsibility is to tie all the products and services of the entertainment entities together, all in one location.
According to the CEO, “It is our plan to create a tight linkage of all our entertainment entities and make them easily accessible to our target market.”
